Why the app takes no sides.
Resident.Place is deliberately provider-neutral. The app never nudges you toward one provider, hides another’s service, or treats one provider’s residents better than another’s. Every resident gets the same features, the same priority routes and the same standard of design.
Neutrality is also why the app can be honest: repair timescales, complaint routes and performance information come from your provider and are shown as they are — the app does not soften them.
