Resident.Place, the neutral cross-provider app for residents, is now available across four providers — AHFL, Haven Homes, Ember Rose Home and NABO — marking the point at which a resident can move between these landlords without changing how they manage their home.

The app gives residents a single place for rent, repairs, documents, community and support, regardless of which provider they rent from. It is free to residents and available on iOS and Android.

About Resident.Place

Resident.Place is part of the Affordable Homes For Life Group. Its product identity is called Meridian. Media enquiries can be sent through the support form, marked for the press team.

Further providers are scheduled through the rest of the year, following the same measured, community-by-community rollout.
