Resident.Place expands to more NABO communities

More residents across the North can now manage their home in one app, whoever their provider is.

Resident.Place is now available to residents in a further set of NABO communities, continuing a steady, provider-by-provider rollout rather than a single switch-on.

The point of a cross-provider app is that a resident should not have to learn a new system every time their landlord changes. As NABO communities come on, residents keep the same home for their rent, repairs, documents and support.

Rolling out carefully

Each community goes live only once its data is in and its team is ready to answer through the app. That is slower than flipping a switch, and deliberately so — a support channel that no one is watching is worse than none.

  • Same app, same sign-in, wherever you rent.
  • Local teams trained before their community goes live.
  • Nothing changes about your tenancy — only how you reach your provider.

If your community is not live yet, you will get an invite from your provider when it is. There is nothing you need to do in the meantime.
